Laporan Pemerkosaan Palsu Menyebabkan Nicola Osborne Dipenjara

Inggris, Nicola Osborne mengatakan bahwa ia dipaksamasuk ke mobil dan diperkosa di toilet umum pada Juli 2010, yang akhirnya mengacu ke pria yang menjadi tersangka pemerkosaan tersebut.

Nicola, 32 tahun , dari Portsmouth, dipenjara selama 18 bulan setelah menolak mengakui kesalahannya.
Sidang menyimpulkan bahwa Osborne, yang telah mabuk-mabukan, secara tidak sengaja mendengar Nicola sedang berbicara dengan seseorang yang tidak dikenalnya.

Lelaki yang tidak bisa disebutkan namanya itu merasa sangat dilecehkan dan berkata, "Orang seperti Nicola hanya membuat pencelaan pada wanita yang benar-benar diperkosa." Maka dari itu, Nicola pun dihukum oleh hakim serta dinasehati agar tetap jujur pada suaminya.
